Exchange Policy

At thekidfits.com, we strive to deliver the perfect fit and quality. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.


1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be logged within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items returned after 15 days will not be eligible for exchange.


2. Exchange Due to Our Fault (Free Exchange)

If the exchange is required because of an error made by thekidfits.com, including:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong size sent

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

✅ The exchange will be completely free of cost.
✅ We will arrange a free doorstep exchange.
✅ No additional delivery charges will apply.

Please share clear pictures of the issue while submitting your request.


3. Exchange Due to Customer Request

If the exchange is requested due to:

  • Size change

  • Color change

  • Change of mind

🔁 A flat fee of PKR 250 will be charged for doorstep exchange service.
🔁 The amount will be collected at the time of exchange delivery.


4. Doorstep Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at (thekidfitsofficial@gmail.com / +92 3702885606) within 15 days.

  2. Share your Order Number and exchange reason.

  3. Our courier partner will deliver the new item and collect the previous item at your doorstep.


5. Important Notes

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit or refund (if applicable) may be offered.

  • Items showing signs of use will not be accepted for exchange.
